All files are preconfigured for Prusa Slicer just press slice and the filament changes will be placed.

The best option to glue the decorative pieces on glass or mirror furniture is the glue stick as it holds them firmly and if one day you decide to remove them, you just have to clean them with water and there will be no marks.
