Whisky barrel keychain container

I made this after the measurements I found on internet of Jack Daniel’s whisky barrels. 1 Inch equals 1 mm.

I printed mine with a layer height of 0.15mm and used PLA.

You probably can get away with 0.20mm, with the threads in mind, but I wanted to play it safe.

Generally speaking you will get better threads with a lower layer height, e.g 0.15, assuming you have an otherwise calibrated printer.
