Thumb knob for M3 hex head screw

Application

Use this know for whichever M3 hex head screw you need to tighten by hand, without a screw driver. The knob takes 6mm from the length of the screw, which means that a M3x16 screw replaces a M3x10 with a screw driver head. 

Feel free to remix it for whatever other purpose, I have put it under a public domain license.

Printing

Printing is very simple. Just print the parts in the uploaded orientation with at least 4 perimeters for strength. Infill does not really matter then, I I set it to 100%. 

Print as many parts on the same print bed as you may need, that gives each layer time to cool of. I printed only parts at a time and you can see in the close-up picture that the outer surfaces still look glossy. 

As material I have used PETG, but I see no reason why PLA should not be good enough.
