Hex tray for Ikea Tisken corner basket.

I designed this tray to attached underneath the Ikea Tisken corner basket. The size of the hex pattern is wide enough to hold my razor which is a bonus.

My setup:
1 x tray
3 x bolts
6 x nuts (maybe 9, see note below)

1.Drop in bolt from the inside of tray and screw in a nut with round end facing the bottom of the tray. This will lock the bolt and prevent from moving up/down. Don't tighten all the way yet.
2.Place a nut inside the corresponding hex on the tray, screw the bolt into it until flush with the other end.
3.Tighten the nut from step 1.
4.Repeat above steps for the remaining bolts.

note:

• if the hex nuts fit loosely inside the tray holes from underneath you can print another 3 to tighten against the top of the tray (round end facing against the tray)
• orient the nut in your slicer with the round faced down
• orient the bolt in your slicer with the round end faced down.
