Molecule or DNA building blocks

This is reminiscent of some old molecule building set that my mom had when I was growing up. I am including the Fusion 360 files in case you wanted to scale them up or down (currently pegs are 5mm). I have added parameters for the peg and hole diameter, peg length, and clearance in case you wanted to adjust or make pegs of different lengths. (I also added all the fillets and chamfers, I just didn't upload a new photo)

I also designed the pegs to be printed in place in a tray and then removed. Your printer and gcode settings will determine how well that works and if you need to make adjustments. Another alternative would be to line several pegs up and print with connecting brims.

If you decide to assemble and print it without messing with the actual CAD file, the clearance gaps were defined as .25mm (5.25mm hole for a 5mm peg).
