The tree can be pruned like a bonsai tree to give the individual shape that prefer.

To create you own, 

1. Set infill of the tree canopy block to gyroid with desired fill density. Perimeters, top and bottom should all be 0 (zero).
2. To levitate the tree canopy, create a very thin, but tall shape.
3. Merge these together and add the following shapes to the merge.
4. Select Support as organic with “top contact z distance” and “top interface layers” both to 0 (zero)
5. To limit the Organic supports on the plate, create a thin block that will have a hole in the middle. The hole is a “negative volume” shape
6. To limit the organic supports in the tree canopy, create support blocker shapes
7. Slice the tree and set color change to the level separating the organic trunk from the tree canopy.
