minimal monitor-wallmount for vesa100

This is a minimal wallmount for monitors with a vesa100-compatible mounting plate. It works like a frech cleat but with no chance for the monitor to slide sideways of the mount.

I have a 24" benq monitor attached to the mount an it is still on the wall.
