Description

I bought these little powered foaming soap dispensers for my bathrooms, which are great, but I found that if I put them on a counter top they tended to collect grime and water around the bases.  To make clean up easier and to prevent this gross standing water problem, I designed this simple tray with elevated feet to allow any water to drain/dry.

Should also be easy to rinse, and can also double as a soap tray for any round soaps you may have!

Because I know people will buy different models of dispenser and want different sizes of tray here, I'm including my Fusion360 model as well as STEP and 3MF files for people to customize as they wish.

Notes:

  • The holes for the feet in the tray are chamfered to help with any first layer squish, and the feet have a 0.10 mm inset tolerance, so they should just fit snugly.
  • The feet widen at the base to give slightly better stability.  Make sure to orient them the right way when inserting them

Printing / Assembly Instructions:

  1. Print 3x of the feet , 1x of the tray in whatever filament.
  2. Press-fit the feet in place.
    • If they're slightly too loose, use a dab of super-glue to hold them in place.  If they're too tight, print another set of 3x feet scaled to ~99-98% and it should fit fine.
