Pferde Gatter, Zaun, Hindernis - gate, fence, obstacle suitable for Schleich horses

Hier ein Hindernis und zusätzliche Zaunteile für Spiele mit Schleich Modell Pferden.

Hinweis: Ich habe mittlerweile etliche der Gatterteile gedruckt. Bei Verwendung von PLA brechen die Verbinder viel schneller als wenn PETG verwendet wird. Allerdings ist es bei PETG schwieriger die passenden Lüftereinstellungen zu finden damit das Bridging noch gut funktioniert. Ich habe meine Prusaslicer 2.2 Einstellungen in der Datei Gatter-T_PETG.3mf angefügt.

Da es je nach Filament und je nach Druckbett unter Umständen Probleme mit der Druckbetthaftung geben kann, habe ich noch ein Zaunteil ohne die einseitigen Scharniere hochgeladen. Hierbei könnt Ihr die Scharniere einzeln drucken, ohne Support, und anschließend zusammenkleben. Ebenso könnt ihr bei Fehldrucken im Scharnierbereich ein extra Stück ankleben. Ich hoffe es ist in den Bildern zu erkennen.

Here an obstacle and additional fence parts for games with Schleich model horses.

Note: I have now printed quite a few of the gate parts. The connectors break much faster when using PLA than when using PETG. However, with PETG it is more difficult to find the right fan settings so that bridging still works well. I added my Prusaslicer 2.2 settings in the file Gatter-T_PETG.3mf.

Since, depending on the filament and the print bed, there may be problems with the print bed adhesion, I uploaded a fence part without the one-sided hinges. You can print the hinges individually, without support, and then glue them together. You can also glue an extra piece in the hinge area in the event of misprints. I hope you can see it in the pictures.

Notes:
some parts has inbuilt support (see images). To be able to remove the included support as easily as possible, use a layer height of 0.19 mm or adaptive layer height.
I set the bridging angle for the gate itself to 180 degrees. In the support parts it should be created automatically at 90 degrees. (see 3mf file)
