CTC A10S Display Housing

This is a modified version of the CR-10 display housing included in xxricsxx's CR-10 Standalone Kit.

There are at least three distinct variations of the CTC A10S CR-10 clone. Components differ significantly depending on which variation you're dealing with. This display housing has been modeled to fit the display included in the version I own. Before downloading or printing this model, verify from the photo's that your printer uses this particular display.

In addition to adapting this design to fit my A10S display, I removed the screw holes that extend through both halves, and made a low profile rigid stand that doesn't flex under pressure while clicking the encoder. The display is intended to be attached to the inside of the face with self tapping screws. The display face snaps securely to the the back after attaching the back to the stand, mounting the stand to the printer, and securing the display into the face.

The additional file titled "A10S_Display_Spacer.stl" is a 2mm washer that fits between the the main board and daughter board on either side of the bottom end of the display. The display was mounted in the factory case with the screws tight, forcing the daughter board to bow. I didn't like all the strain that placed on the solder joints, so I made these spacers. If you use them, you only need to print two.
