Childbirth Education Dilation Rings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 cm

I made the tolerances tight enough to not rattle around when together, but not so tight the rings are impossible to separate after printing.  There's a 5mm hole through then entire thing in case you just want to keep the rings together with a bit of thread/yarn/twine.
