RollStopper

What?

Brakes the roll when pull or pushing the knob by extending the 6 brake blocks in the core.

Can be screwed in any orientation to a wall or plate (weight).

Dimensions

For ∅41 core diameter rolls.

Base Height 120mm works for toilet paper and with extension 260mm kitchen rolls.

can be adapted with different extensions - just let me know what you need.

Knob

choose between the two options:

• small knob fits through the roll
• large cover knob protects the top and keeps the roll - but need to be unscrewed when changing the roll.

Mechanism

 The center rod will slant and push the brake blocks into the cardboard core so rotation is stopped so tissues can be ripped off.

a spring or foam  can be inserted for permanent lock if not pushed - cat safe 

Assembly

Insert the rod and align, then press the brake blocks in by tilt them. 

Screw the extension and/or one of the knobs on.

A rubber band can be used for better retraction.

Print

Due to the use of screw on extension max print height is under 150mm 

Supports are needed for the brakes and base part. The rod, knob and extension will print fine without.
