Better Logitech C270 Mount for Ender Max Neo/Neo Series

Great design, but it was too low, I couldn't actually see what my first layer looked like, the camera was showing me more of the underneath of my bed than I needed and less of my current layer than I'd like.

I chopped it and sliced it together in Prusa.  There's a cutout on the faceplate to accommodate the wall I merged the carrier into.

All works great.  No Ragrets.

Left-side clip has a tendency to break at the top 1/3rd.  Doesn't really matter, clamps fine.  Happened with OG design, haven't felt the need to fix.
