Description

This is a set of 3 (and more coming) low-poly figurines from the Star Wars franchise.

It currently features:

  • Baby Yoda / Grogu,

  • Mando,

  • Darth Vader.

Printing settings

For the Baby Yoda:

  • Print it standing,

  • Supports enabled (you can use support blockers for a lot of parts, they are mostly needed for the hands and one of the ears),

  • Layer height: 0.15mm

  • Infill: 20% cubic subdivision, but lower would probably also work

  • Be careful about the right hand when removing the supports!

For the Darth Vader:

  • Print it standing

  • Supports enabled (I recommend using tree supports)

  • Layer height: 0.15-0.20mm

  • Infill: 20% cubic subdivision, but lower would probably also work

For Mando:

  • Print it standing

  • Supports enabled (tree supports are mandatory)

  • Layer height: 0.10-0.20mm

  • Infill: 20% cubic subdivision

You can easily scale up or down all the models.

Bonus: Book Stand

All 3 figurines are compatible with the book stand that is also attached, so that you can use it as a nice decoration piece for your bookshelf.

Here are the printing recommendations for the stand:

  • Print it on the side, this will make it stronger when it comes to holding the books,

  • Supports enabled (only needed for the pin, it almost doesn't add any time / material),

  • Bed adhesion: A brim may be needed, depending on your printer / filament,

  • Layer height: 0.2mm (you can probably go higher)

  • Infill: 100%, it needs to be strong to hold the books

  • Print time: Around 10 hours
