This is designed to be printed in flex material, and slides on for a friction fit without tools.
Printing
Print the model using flex filament, as-oriented in the .stl file.
I used 10% infill.
No supports should be needed.
Installation
Slide the cap onto the bike rack.
Other notes
I've designed this with OpenSCAD in a parameterized way. If you'd like any modifications (e.g., the inner/outer dimensions, etc.), please send me a message and I'll see what I can do.
