Sliding Puzzle Tile Filler

A friend recently bought some vintage sliding puzzles in great condition, but all of them had lost the little piece that fills the empty space to keep the puzzle from mixing up while in the packaging.

This filler was designed for an 18mm empty space. For tiles of another size, just scale the x/y to the new size, and the z to the appropriate thickness. Be sure to measure the opening, not the tile, because the rails that keep the tiles from coming out will reduce the size of the opening. Then, scale the x/y up by about .4mm so that it presses against the tiles/walls.

PETG is recommended due to its resiliancy. PLA would eventually take on the smaller size and fall out easily.
