Description

This desk organizer includes a clock, calendar, pen holder, and compartments for paper clips and small notepads. Notepads with a size of 90 mm x 90 mm can be inserted. Instead of a calendar, a nice picture could also be used, for example. In addition to the organizer with slots for the calendar, a 3D model without slots is also included.

The organizer has a size of about 168 mm x 95 mm x 117 mm (width x height x depth). Movements (clockworks) with a case size of 56 mm x 56 mm can be used.

Calendar

There are holders/slots on the desk organizer for, e.g., a small calendar. The attached PDF file (see Files) contains calendars for the year 2025 for the countries United Kingdom, USA and Germany. The calendar has a sheet size of 70 mm x 90 mm and contains 6 months of each calendar year. I recommend printing on thick paper.

Movement , Clock Hands and Dial

You can use any movement with a case size of 56 mm x 56 mm. I use the following movement: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00TPI4FKE

You can use the clock hands from your movement or use (and modify) the 3D modeled clock hands (see Files). These hands can be customized if necessary using the included Fusion 360 project file. User parameters were used for this, which can be modified in Fusion via Modify ➝ Change Parameters. The following parameters (and default values) are used.

There are 3 different dial designs included in the files. The dial has a diameter of about 90 mm and a (total) thickness of 3.5 mm.

Printing

The dial of the clock is printed in 2 colors (e.g. black and white), so 1 color/filament change is required.

0.0 - 1.6 mm: color 1 (black)
1.6 - 2.6 mm: color 2 (white)

A color change at the case of the desk organizer is optional.

Assembly

The case and dial are joined together with a little glue. There are 4 markings for the alignment of the dial. Then the movement and the clock hands can be installed.
