Description
This is a fun little flower pot you can insert a 10-12mm LED strip into. You can also build the LED controller for this (or use a pre-made strip).
Is an enclosure and LED controller. I show you step by step how to wire one.
Some tips for the Light Up Flower Pot
1. Using a dark filament you wont get many colors but it will completely hide the LED's. So when it lights up, youre not expecting the lights to show through.
2. This works great outdoors as well as indoors.
3. You can scale up the pot, but you cant scale it down since the channel for the LED's would shrink.
4. Use a zip tie to hold down the wire in the back. There is a groove for the zip tie in the pot.
5. Translucent filaments will light up very well.
6. One controller can power a few pots at lower power. The LED's dont have to be very bright to have a huge effect.
