MALM Bedroom - Dollhouse Furniture Set

Inspired by the MALM bedroom series from IKEA, this bedroom set was designed for LOL dolls (fits well 10cm dolls). Includes the following models:

• bed with space for two drawers
• small drawer for the bed (print 2 of these)
• chest with space for 3 drawers
• big drawer for the chest (print 3 of these)
• desk with space to attach extension
• desk extension
• simple desk
• optional bed mattress

Trick for the bed mattress using support material

When slicing the bed frame, place it on the plate with the drawer openings facing up. Enable support material for everywhere so that the patterned support material is printed as the mattress.

If you would like to make it look nicer though, you can remove the support material and print the optional mattress model using a nice color as your bed sheet.

Printing Tips

I wanted mine extra light so I printed them with only 5% infill and using the 0.30mm (draft) profile on PrusaSlicer, PLA. Tips:

• The bed needs to be flipped with the drawer openings facing up, and with support material (in the space for the mattress). 
• The chest of drawers came a bit big, so I printed it at 80%, but at 100% it might be good for taller dolls. 
• The desk with extension also needs to be flipped.
