QIDI X-Max Modular Tool Holder

The QIDI X-Max Modular Tool Holder is just like it sounds a modular tool holder system for the QIDI X-Max that attaches with a spring design to one of the handles in the printer.

The base has two slots for attachments, I made a few different attachment designs and the idea is that you can customize it for your own needs, everyone has a different set of tools for their printers and probably change them from time to time so therefore I have included STEP files so you can easily customize your own attachments.

The printer has two handles so obviously you can use one on each side.

The attachments fit quite snugly in the attachment base so it will take a little force to get them in and also to remove them.

Instructions

Download the attachment base and whatever attachments you want to use with it.

Resolution doesn't matter, I set mine 0.3 mm. Infill is fine at 20-25%. If you need to attach something very heavy, increase the infill.

Print the parts in the direction I have set them.

Most of the models are to be printed without supports but the big bucket need supports around the attachment pegs.
