Ghost Booh Vase Mode for Halloween decoration - single color update

Due to an adjustment to the license I can no longer update my model Ghost Booh Vase Mode for Halloween decoration, so I had to publish the version for printing with one material as a remix of the remix because the model provided there “…single”  has an error with some bulge at the head.

Here you will get the model to be printed in one color (…_single) and the one for eye inlets which can be printed in different color you can find in this model Ghost Booh Vase Mode for Halloween decoration.

Both models are perfect to be illuminated by a LED tealight or fairylight.

With this printing method you have a nice finish and a fast print. It took on my stock CR-10 V2 only little more than 2 hours and 23g of filament.

At vase mode prints i recommend to use a bigger line width. With a 0.4 nozzle you can print up to 0.8mm line width, you only have to increase the temperature a bit and maybe reduce the Speed.  It  is  important to focus on the top view in your slicer that you have no open gaps.  If you use a 0.6 nozzle, increase the width to 1.2mm.

I printed it with 0.08 layer height,0.8 line width and Sunlu white PETG, because it is more like a bit transparent because of less color particles and looks maybe better when illuminated. The eye inlets are Orange Prusament PETG and printed at 95% that there is a gap for some glue.

You can drill a hole at the top to hang it in the air with some fiber string for the best look like i did 😉 Additionally I illuminated it with UV-light on the amazing flying pictures!

In Cura it tells me that the models are not watertight, but i could not see any problem and also repairing the model did not changed anything, but it printed find… 😉

To avoid any confusion and questions: The model Ghost Booh was published under the license under which my remixes are published. Then the original model Ghost Booh was adapted to a different license, since the remix of my model "Ghost Booh Vase Mode for Halloween decoration" was already published before the adaptation, according to CreativeCommons the old license still applies to my model. The remix  Ghost Booh Vase Mode for Halloween decoration is legal and I can continue to use the license I have taken over. With that in mind...I wish you a spooky download and print :-) 👻
