Meta Quest 3 - Quest 2 Head Strap adapter (now with STEP file)

This adapter allows you to use Meta Quest 2 head straps on the Quest 3. 

Instructions: Download under ‘model files’ and print with supports.

Design notes:

From v4 to v5, the geometry updates are minor. There's just a few extra fillets. Between the space confinements and different tolerances of everyone's printers, v4 is working well from feedback. So v4 is still available under ‘print files’.

V5 STEP version uploaded.  

For those new to cad, you can upload this into a free cad like fusion360, disable capture design history, and edit all its dimensions like thicknesses, radius etc using 'q' push command.

Troubleshooting

• For extra safety, you can put a strap around it, it is the default version. Download raw file for the one without the loops. 
• If it clips on too tight, don't force it, reduce flow ratio or flow rate multiplier in your slicer by 5-10%. 

Be sure download the latest files before printing. I will continue to improve it as needed.
