Description
This model was designed as a minimalistic approach to tagging items such as keys, and is a locking mechanism on its own, for lock out tag out etc.. Consider using them for luggage or backpack zipper locks. It uses filament sparingly, uses inexpensive large paperclips, can be labeled directly with a sharpie marker, or with small stick on labels that can be typed or printed. There is a small whole in the back of the printed tag, that the end of an other paperclip can be inserted to remove the tag. It can also be organized by colors and types of filaments as well as colored paperclips.
I have printed these tags at 0.08 -0.16 layer height with 0.4 mm nozzle to get more squish. Also you may have to up the nozzle temp by 5-10 degrees in order to increase strength in this vertical position. I used all sorts of PLA filament including wood and multicolor even glow in the dark which is nice for finding your keys in darkness. Printed lettering can also be added with the lettering feature in Prusa or Bambu Lab and Orca slicer if willing to spend the time.
I also don't believe in reinventing the wheel. So I recommend keeping your key tags on the Oval Carabiner size 30 mm number 7 from this Prusa Printables site by:

As always have fun with this project and don't be afraid to innovate and incorporate. It's also nice to tip the designer if you like and use their art and innovation.
