Use case description

These rather simple tools fit to perlators with an outside diameter of 24mm and a  width across flat of 22mm (one tool features also a 28mm diameter tool side).

All tools are identical on their 24mm tool side, they only differ on the handle side.

The round hand knob is actually very convenient to use, as it allows to spin the perlator until it completely unscrewed. But it is too big for very compact taps.

The one-lever tool does fit even on the most compact taps, but is less convenient for completely unscrewing the perlator. As the perlator can typically be unscrewed by hand once it is loosened, it is also an good option.

The universal tool has two tool sides, so it will also work for bath tube taps which sometimes have a bigger outlet of 28mm diameter.

Printing

Simply print the parts in the uploaded orientation. No supports are required.

On the tool side, I recommend 100% infill for maximum strength. On the knob/lever, a 15% infill was good enough during my testing.

I do recommend PLA for these parts, as it is harder than PETG. That helps to avoid early wear-out of the tooling side.

The license does not allow derivatives, as one of my designs was “taken” from me in the past to collect donations on Thingiverse via a “Remix”, that did not add any significant value. That made me really sad. If you want to seriously remix this design, please contact me and I will gladly approve that.
