Trick or Treat Sign

Cute ghost sign, easy to print and assemble.

This is part of my “Seasonal Models Collection" and one of the cutest according to my wife.

Designed to fit almost any midsize printer. Every part is separated so you can print in single nozzle printer or separated plates to minimize filament changes

You only need a little glue for the text

You can choose between two text versions:

-just letters

-letters with flags* (just add filament cange to make it multicolor)

Print Settings

Material: PLA / PETG

Layer height: 0,20 mm

Nozzle diameter: 0,4mm or 0,6mm

Infill: 10-12%

Perimeters: 2

Supports: no

Printing Tip

the tolerances are a little tight, so make sure you don't have "elephant foot” in your printer to get them to fit right. if you can't avoid it then you just have to scrape or sand the base of each piece a little to make it fit. And if they are a little loose, use some glue to hold them.

*for the "leters with flags" file just make sure to check your thin walls configuration when slicing, to make sure the text will print fine. I tested with a 0.6mm nozzle and default settings in bambu studio and it printed nice. 

Note

Due to the shape of the ghost, if you force it, it can turn on its stomach. just don't tell the kids if you don't want them to play with it
