Brakes for IKEA FLISAT toy storage with wheels

The FLISAT box is good for both storage and learning to walk, but as the wheels roll too fast it's dangerous to leave alone with a toddler leaning on it. With these brakes you can adjust the braking power and let the wheels roll as much or little as you want.

BOM:

4x rubber furniture feet, 19mm

4x M5 screws, at least 50 mm long

12x M5 nyloc nuts. 8 of these can be normal nuts, but might need loctite to prevent slipping.

Instructions:

Print with a pause to add a nyloc nut inside. Assemble like in the pictures. You might want to test the tolerances on your printer and adjust the XY-compensation in the slicer as needed.
