1" PVC Pipe Handle Brackets

Needing to stop spending money after buying my XL5, but also needing to find a home for it in the garage, I decided to make a mobile cart for it. Carts need handles, and I had some 1" PVC pipe/conduit that would be great for a handle. A few minutes in CAD and here we are.

 The screw holes are designed for a countersunk/flathead screw with a head diameter of about 9mm and a thread diameter of about 4.5mm. Making the holes countersunk helped reduce the likelihood of splitting the print when mounting it.

Ii'd suggest PETG and a few perimeters and dense infill, or use the provided 3mf. Supports are needed for the bottom of the pipe insert, already set up in the 3mf for you.
