Prusa XL series: Pressfit Calibration Pin handle with grooves

Hey, today only a small upgrade.
I didnt like the loose "handle" for the Calibration pin, so i designed one with better grip and pressfit. The new one has a nice pressfit, just enough to not get loose. Also i gave it groove for more traction and nicer feels.
