Soft Tape Measure holder - another remix

I thought this was an awesome design but (probably due to my lack of skill) I couldn't get the snap-in-place mechanism to work; the pins kept breaking off - so I added a 16mm M4 machine screw for assembly instead. While I was at it I also did a few other minor modifications, like change the spooling grip, which I had to because of the screw. 

The parts should be dimensioned so that you can simply tighten the screw & the spool will still spin freely. If it's too tight just put a paper “washer” or two between the parts :) 

NOTE: The parts are huge; I prefer to downsize in the slicer.
