Double Sided Tape Mounting Plate For Simplehuman Paper Towel Holder

I purchased a simplehuman wall mounted paper towel holder to attach to the sides of my kitchen cabinets but I did not want to drill holes and permanently damage them.  Unfortunately, the mounting plate on the paper towel holder is hollow making it impossible to mount it using double sided tape.

I designed the mounting plate by drawing the perimeter of the paper towel holder on a piece of paper.  I then scanned the shape, imported it in Inkscape, and converted it to SVG.  Finally, I imported the SVG into OpenSCAD and by combining primitive shapes, I created a model that matches perfectly the outline of the base.  I added holes for the screws that I aligned to the markings on the SVG.  I also added holes for M3 HEX nuts.

This should fit perfectly with 10mm M3 socket screws + washer.

I used Alien tape, but any decent double sided tape should work.
