Two Piece Encoder Wheel for 3D Printers

This is a two piece version of Hijinx's “Prusa Bear LCD Display Rotary Knob”.

I split it into two pieces so that the detented portion could be printed in a color that is highly visible, and match-able to whatever color scheme one has chosen for his/her 3D Printer. 

Part A is the bulk of the encoder wheel and Part B is the detented portion.  I like to print the larger portion in gray or black to contrast whatever color I've printed the printers display face in, and the detented portion in the color I used for the display face, but that's all a matter of user preference.
