There are a lot of filament pass through solutions here on Printables, but I didn't like how they stick out of the enclosure, so I designed these two fairly flush versions. One is for the mid cover part and the other for the edge of the enclosure. Each require two PC4-M10 fittings which connect the PTFE tubes from the filament box to the extruder.
There are three versions of this part:
Mid Cover: This is a replacement for the original “Top-plug-center” and consists of three pieces: TopCover, Nut and Connector. Because the gap in the enclosure's opening is too narrow, the fitting needs to be mounted from below with the nut as seen in the picture. Both fittings then get connected via the connector part. The good thing about this solution is you don't need any screws to mount and hold it in place.
Edge Cover Hinged Lid: This is a replacement for the original “Top-plug-rear” of the hinged lid and consists of two parts: EdgeCover and Connector. The cover gets mounted with a M3 screw + hex nut and the fitting is inserted from above. The fitting then gets secured with the connector part from below.
Edge Cover Fixed Lid: Same as for the hinged lid, but as replacement for the original “Top-plug-edge” part of the regular fixed lid. It can be mounted on the front or back edge. Because I'm using the hinged lid addon I cannot test this version, so if it doesn't fit send me a DM!
