There isn't anything tricky to print this, just choose which variant you want to print, get some nice red filament and print with 4 perimeters. Even the normal version is so thin that it should be just layers with full infill. 

Please note that these paperclips are thick that they may crumple the paper if applied pressure on. They are more of a decoration accessories for your loved ones.
