Chili medal

This is an older design I made for the annual chili peppers eating competition in summer. Outer diameter of the medal is 80mm and the slot is for 40mm ribbon. The design is partially parametric and I also added plain medals in multiple different formats so you can put on it anything you want. 

Printing

Print with some nice golden filament, I used Prusament PLA Oh My Gold. 3 walls are enough for the model and I recommend 20-30% infill so you don't need more than 4 top layers. 

After printing, clean any stringing and then just add some nice 40mm wide ribbon. Put it through a slot on top of the medal and then tie it, or if you are lazy, like me, use two staples and just make sure that the sharp parts are pointing outwards so the winner won't have a scratched neck.
