Modular Necklace Set with Interchangeable Keycaps

A modular jewelry set with interchangeable keycaps that allow you to personalize your set and change its looks whenever you want - just change the keycaps and youre done! The keycaps were designed to look like polished stones / gems.

The set has a print-in-place design and dont require any brim or supports. The keycaps are printed separately so you can mix and match using your favorite filaments.

Note: For the earrings, you will need an earring hook base.

Both the base square model and the connectors are also included with this design, so you can easily remix by rearranging the components directly on PrusaSlicer (.3mf files included). The base necklace is already a cool design on its own, so you may also want to use it without the keycaps (photos included).

Assembling the keycaps is quite fun! If you find that some caps seem harder to fit them others, try flipping the square base to match its top layer with the keycap base.

If you want to keep the keycaps permanently in place, I would advise you to use some glue. But then youll miss the fun of changing colors =)

Printing Tips

I printed these in both PLA and PETG, and I prefer (mostly aesthetically) the result with PLA, but PETG is of course more resistant, so its up to you. Printed at 0.20mm (quality). Infill doesnt influence this print you can use 0% or 100% and it will be the same result because it uses only solid layers.

No brim needed! Ignore the warnings that might pop up on PrusaSlicer. If your printer has bed adhesion problems, I would advise using glue, and only if that doesnt work enable brim.
