Description
This is compatible with many of the models Waring Pro makes. If the pictures look similar to yours then it will very likely be a fit. Use these risers to dry spools of filament while also drying out desiccant on the stock trays.
I am providing you with three height size options. Size is a measurement of how wide of a spool can fit between the trays when stacked. (If you want another size just ask in the comments.)
I prefer to stack the dryer so my spools are on the lower trays and my desiccant is on the upper trays. I do this because I want the filament to dry first and most completely. I also like to add one of my digital hygrometers onto the top most tray so I can see the readings through the lid.
I have also found it helpful to tape these risers to the trays so they stay attached. It is very convenient. I used Gorilla tape but that was excessive.
FIRE WARNING!!! Make sure the bottom of the dehydrator has plenty of air flow. There is a thermal fuse built into these dehydrators, but you don't want to risk a fire.
There are too many variables to give exact instructions. I usually use the medium heat setting and let it run for 24 to 72 hours. Some spools will be dry within 1 to 4 hours. Others (like TPU, Nylon or large desiccant packs) may take 24+ hours.
It is recommended to store most filaments bellow 30% relative humidity.
