Description
I have this battery-powered saw, which is pretty good but had one big flaw. The dust collection adapter didn't fit the standard 35mm diameter hoses. Not even the hose from the Bosch vacuum. They always came loose. I don't have any other rubber adapter and want to be forced to use another adapter.
The solution is simple. Just make the adapter on the saw with a proper conical section that clamps on the hose. Like it's with any other tool.
Difficult geometry to recreate, but I got it done. It mount's exactly the same as the original adapter.
There are two pictures that show the print orientation and required support structure. Easiest way to do that is with the Prusa slicer and the new paint-on support feature.
