Description

These are the printable parts required to build a "Speaky".

I created this case to hold a set of desktop speakers and a Raspberry Pi that I'm using as an Airplay receiver. I based the case design (loosely) on some mid-century speakers I found on Google Images.

The bolts holding the backplate on were generated using aubenc's "Poor man's openscad screw library". I've also included a modified version of the bolt that act as a cable organizer.

More photos and details of this project can be found in this blog post.

Print Settings

No

Supports:

Yes

Resolution:

.2mm

Infill:

30%

Notes:

Print the main body of the print with supports enabled. The other parts will print fine without raft/supports.

The main body is a long print (13 hours!) so made sure your platform is nice and level before starting.

  1. Print BoomBox1_TNH with supports. (raft optional)
  2. Print BoomBox2_TNH & BoomBox3_TNH without supports
