Print the .stl file as-oriented (outer part down), in flex material.
Installation instructions
Insert the end cap into the pole.
It should be a very snug fit and require a small amount of force to push in.
If it's too tight or too loose, try adjusting the x-y scaling as needed (small increments, 1-2% at a time).
Safety warnings
This part is a choking hazard for young children.
As an improvement to the original design, there is an emergency breathing hole.
If you end up breathing through this, you are not using it correctly.
Please supervise your children at all times.
Notes
I designed this model in OpenSCAD and it's fully parameterized. If you'd like a simple modification for another purpose (i.e., outer/inner diameter, etc.), send me some measurements and I'll see what I can do.
