Ratchet wire tensioner Hex

Introducing this Ratchet Tensioner, a tool designed with simplicity and efficiency in mind. This tensioner can effortlessly lift up to 5 kg in a small form factor (23 x 16 x 7 mm)

The design allows for the use of a 1/4" hex socket wrench or a standard wrench, offering flexibility in operation. Focus was made on making the assembly process as straightforward as possible. Just mount the wheel on the shaft, tie the wires, and thread them through - and you're all set.

While it works great with 0.5mm Kevlar string, it's also compatible with nylon fishing line and fine metal wire. If you need more spooled wire, simply increase the length of the shaft and adjust the scale of the other parts on the Z axis.
