Sanding Block for 457mm sanding belts (18in)

A Sanding Block that use 75 x 457 mm abrasive belt (3 X 18 inches)

Print the following 5 parts : Body-A, Body-B, Lever, Pin, Spacer+0

This Sanding Block will accommodate most 75 x 457 mm abrasive belt (3 X 18 inches). You may need to print an alternate spacer to perfectly fit your brand of sanding belt.

This model print without support as there is virtually no overhang. 

Fit ans clearances: The pin is intentionally loose, it will be retained by the abrasive belt when in place. The adjusting spacers should hold by friction in the B-part. An ejection hole is in place to remove the adjusting spacers if required. The A and B parts are tight but should slide without effort. A well calibrated printer should have no problem. If you have difficulties, you can print an alternate B part that is looser in the optional folder.
