Vertical Paper towel Holder

Modified the Paper Towel holder from Yogitech with these modifications!

1. Changed from Horizontal to vertical mount
2. Added additional mount hole for stabilisation
3. Added PETG/PLA Support for the hinge

Kept the rest of the design.
