Description
If you happen to have one of these old school Black & Decker “Basic Router” 1HP routers, this router fence helps make perfect routs along the edge of a piece of wood to inset plexiglass or another piece of wood. It attaches with 2 M5 screws (countersunk are best) and nuts. I used wingnuts so that it's removable by hand. The depth of the rout depends on the size of the bit and the height adjustment of the router.
I would recommend printing in PETG or something with a high durability. I used PETG, but I'm sure that ABS/ASA would work great too. PLA might work for a time or two, but may not be as durable with the potential heat build up.
This fits the screw pattern on the bottom of this specific Black & Decker router, but I am including the Fusion 360 file so you can alter it to fit your router.
