OrangePi R1 Case (with rotary encoder and display)

This is a case for the OrangePi R1 with two different tops. One is plain and one is with a rotary encoder (KY-040). Get the knob here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3068394

I added some support to the SD-Card slot, this has to be removed after printing.

Note: There is no slot for the WiFi antenna, as I will not need this for my project.

Next step will be to add a display (SSD1306) to the top. A first, untested version is available.
