Foldable Clothes Hanger for Travel - Print in place

Simple foldable travel hanger. Print in place, no support, no required hardware, no assembly.

Print Settings : It is REQUIRED to put additional external perimeters:

• 0.4mm Nozzle : Perimeter = 4 
• 0.5, 0.6mm Nozzle : Perimeter = 3

High quality PLA (PLA+, Tough PLA) and PETG both works.

There is 5 model, from 0.1mm to 0.5mm of tolerance in the joints:

• 0.1mm, is generally too tight, the joint is welded together on most printer
• 0.2mm, the joint can move but is gritty on most printer, use only with a well tuned printer
• 0.3mm RECOMMENDED, feel solid with fluid movement when printed on my Prusa MK4
• 0.4mm, move easily but is loose. This may be the best file to print with an inconsistent filament
• 0.5mm, the joint is generally too loose but still work

You can print a tolerance test to make sure you pick the correct model. The tolerance test is only 3g of filament. The print in place hanger use 50g of filament. You can leave comments, suggestions and questions, I will maintain this model.
