Benq Screenbar Plus screw on adapter - Benq Screenbar plus Adapter zum Anschrauben

I'm a big fan of the Benq Monitor lights as they offer a simple genius light for your desk. Unfortunately I couldn't use it stock on either of my workspaces without modifications. You can now benefit from my struggles ;D

This adapter allows you to use the Benq Monitor Light (screenbar plus) on the underside of a shelf or piece of wood. The original clip is not used with this adapter.

I intended this adapter to work with the screenbar plus and not with the “normal” one as it would be hard to reach the touch buttons on top. If you still want to use this with the normal screenbar you would to have to mount it so that it sticks out far enough and the touch buttons are reachable.

The adapter allows the screenbar to be tilted to some degree and has a hole to guide the USB-cable to the back.

The model prints without support and I recommend materials that are dull to minimise reflections. In my case the adapter is screwed with two 3.5mmx18mm screws to the shelf.
