Description

Dieser Gurtspanner ist für Gurte bis 25mm Breite geeignet. Hält sehr gut und ist robust.

Er funktioniert nach dem “Über die Mitte” Prinzip, bei Youtube gibt es ein Video von teach tech, dass das Prinzip gut erklärt.

Kann ohne Supports gedruckt werden und ist gebrauchsfertig nach dem Druck. Nach dem Druck beide Rollen durch etwas Bewegung gängig machen.

Ich habe es in PETG mit 0,35mm Schichthöhe und einer 0,6mm Düse gedruckt.

Ich empfehle 3 Perimeter, Infill spielt dann keine große Rolle, z.B. 15% Gyroid.

Turnbuckle for straps until 1" / 25mm width. Strong and reliable.

Uses the “over the center” mechanism, a good explanation could be found at Youtube from teach tech.

Can be printed without supports and is ready to use after the print. After getting it from the print bed you have to break free both rolls with some pressure.

I printed in PETG with 0.35mm layer height and nozzle diameter 0.6mm.

I recommend 3 perimeters, Infill does not really matter, could be 15% Gyroid.
