UPDATE 03282024:  Hunter the coyote was kind enough to post covers to fit between the Y axis belt tensioner I use and the Y axis linear rod mounts.  His covers are at:  https://www.printables.com/model/823645-anet-a8-plus-dressup-kit-addon-for-printed-y-axis

The tensioner I use is at:  https://www.printables.com/model/514947-anet-a8-plus-y-axis-tensioner

As the title would suggest, this kit has little value aside from aesthetics.  The intent of this kit is to add a splash of color to an otherwise dull and unattractive Anet A8 Plus 3D printer.

The only practical use I can think of for this kit is that the v-slot covers will prevent stray wisps of plastic from accumulating in the lower extrusions, and, as I have a preference for printing on bare glass, printing the v-slot covers, especially the longer ones, are a really good indicator as to how well an ABL system is working.

Where the v-slot covers are concerned, there are several files who's names indicate their unscaled printed length.  Everything in this kit is intended to be printed on the Anet A8 Plus, so any covers that won't fit the build plate of the A8 Plus are ½ length.    The two slot covers for the very front of the lower printer frame have screw holes for better fitment, and to allow access to the screws connecting the 20x20 horizontal extrusion to the two 20x40 Horizontal extrusions on the sides.  The “SH” in the file “V-Slot_Cover_SH_236mm.stl”, if you haven't guessed, stands for “screw holes”.

NOTE:  I discarded the metal display enclosure and mounting bracket during the original assembly process of my A8 Plus as I wanted to relocate the display to the left side, and to provide clearance for the oversized bed leveling knobs I use on most machines.  Subsequently, I can't take measurements for the bottom frame 20x40 top faces with the display attached.  Whichever side you locate the display, you'll have to trim or re-scale those covers.  The Y-Axis belt tensioner I'm using mounts in such a way that the front 20x20 covers with holes, and the center top cover for that extrusion needed to be trimmed.  If you're using the stock tensioner, those covers will fit directly.  Other covers may need to be trimmed or re-scaled to accommodate any add-ons attaching with T-Nuts in those openings.  Note also that the Y-Axis motor bracket, from the factory, attaches with T-nuts.  If that bracket is not perfectly centered between the two rear linear rod mounts, the two 33mm covers for either side of that bracket are not going to fit properly.

I would greatly appreciate comments if you find any of these covers do not fit properly in their intended locations.

Lastly, a shout-out to, and to thank “hunter the coyote” for inspiring me to post this kit.

P.S.  Please excuse the fact that some of the covers in the photo's are green and don't match the indigo theme I printed the majority of parts with.  I'd burned through my indigo filament a short time ago, and had never printed some of the covers that were less visible.  I've got a spool on order, but it's highly unlikely I'll post new photo's after installing the proper ones.  :)
