Description
Intended for Airguns and Air Pistols up to Approximately 10J
The performance of this spinner will depend not only on the power of your gun but also on the material you choose and the settings on your 3D printer. I have created versions using PA-CF, PETG, and TPU. All of them performed better than I initially expected, with the TPU 95A version being the most durable.
Materials Needed:
• Ball-bearing spinner:
• Ball-bearing 8x22x7mm
• Two steel washers (maximum diameter: 20mm)
• Two 4mm screws with nuts
• Non-ball-bearing spinner:
• Two steel washers (maximum diameter: 20mm)
• Two 4mm screws with nuts
Be sure to place the washers correctly to maintain the spinner’s balance. Misplacing them can cause an imbalance.
Variations:
• Ball-bearing spinner:
• Two versions available: one with a 20mm hole and one with a 20.2mm hole for the bearing. The files are named accordingly.
• Non-ball-bearing spinner:
• Five versions available with center holes of 4.2mm, 5.2mm, 6.2mm, 8.2mm, and 10.2mm. The files are named accordingly.
Assembly Instructions for Ball-Bearing Spinner:
Ensure that the screw used to secure the spinner only presses against the inner ring of the ball-bearing. Use the provided 4mm spacer if the screw head is larger than the inner ring. Different spacers with varying inner diameters are available to fit your screw.
If you try this out, please share your experience with me and others in the community.
Happy shooting!
