Description
A small pair of finger pliers. They could be also used to help you set nail or screws.
They have a bearing that goes in the middle, then you put rubber bands in the cutouts right above the bearing.
You can have as little, or as much tension as you want if you wrap the rubber bands a couple times for more tension. The small little black hair rubber bands work perfect for these. I used two and wrapped them both twice. It works perfectly.
